Easy Cabbage is a delicate combination of cooked raisins, apples, and walnuts flavoring a bed of Savoy cabbage. Carefully considering the use of cold pressed virgin olive oil to gently sprinkle over the cabbage with a teaspoon of apple cider vinager when the dish has been cooked, one can also consider not using oil for a lighter taste. To compliment the cabbage dish is a mixed green tofu salade with a teaspoon of apple juice, apple cider vinegar a squeeze of lime and a dash of Greek olive oil. Cabbage is high in minerals, easy to digest and quick to prepare. Plz do not over cook.
Savoy Cabbage, cut portion to desired amount
place cabbage in a heated pan, add water and mineral broth
when 1/4 cooked add hand full of raisins, walnuts and a thinly sliced apple of your choice
when cooked add Greek olive oil and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. (Oil of your choice)
